Every Country seeks productivity improvement in every possible sector from Government departments to Private Industry.
Countries are losing billions due to poor levels of productivity hence the lack of competitiveness.
South Africa rated 53 worst productivity out of 64 countries surveyed. Yet we are seen as one of the top African countries.
I had the honour of auditing some top South African corporations with disastrous levels of productivity and lack of clear strategies etc.
This state of affairs clearly points to the quality of management, and shop floor skills that are lacking severely.
One only has to look at Government departments like Eskom etc. to identify the lack of strategic direction over a long period of time, the lack of effective maintenance and the skills shortage.
Therefore the current state of affairs are causing South Africans to endure load-shedding that is costing companies and government many millions in lost revenue.
This in a time where Covid 19 is prevalent. It is therefore critical that Consulting Companies like PDJ Consulting, access companies with the view of improving productivity and competitiveness rapidly.
We have achieved this in many companies , but there are too many unproductive businesses out there that needs business transformation immediately.
Don’t hesitate. Start immediately as the Payback will exceed the cost of the Consultant many times over.
As an example take the recent results of Tongaat Huletts. They just published fantastic results for the last year compared to them being in trouble a year ago.
The only difference was a serious business transformation project that yielded excellent Profits.
PDJ Consulting will identify all areas for improvement within a short space of time an produce sustainable results for any Company our there.”
