About Us

With a strong background in engineering and production (supply chain), I have spent many years working with renowned companies such as Adcock Ingram (pharmaceuticals), Tiger Brands (snacks and treats), and AECI (chemicals). I began my career as a mechanical engineer before transitioning into production, eventually becoming the technical director at Adcock Ingram. My highest position was Managing Director of Kolosus Holdings, an export company.

I hold a diploma in mechanical engineering and completed my MBA (third year) at Henley Business School, UK. Throughout my career, I have travelled extensively—from Europe to the Far East and across Africa—gaining invaluable experience in various industries.

Having observed numerous inefficiencies, including challenges in food safety, environmental health & safety (EHS), productivity, and staff skills, I made the decision a decade ago to focus on business and factory transformation projects. My interventions have saved companies millions of rands annually, with proven success at Tiger Brands and Futurelife (PepsiCo) in Durban.

I provide transformation services focused on improving productivity, service levels, and staff upskilling. I have built strong professional relationships in areas such as safety and risk management, as well as food safety, which complements my process-oriented transformation approach.

Product experience: mining, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, edible oils, leather, snacks & treats, beverages, peanut butter, and breakfast cereals.

Our company is entirely self-funded, with savings that far exceed the cost of our services—a claim substantiated by past projects. We offer flexible solutions and can operate anywhere in South Africa or internationally. Our goal is to add substantial value to your business.
